Egyptian pharaohs had European DNA?

Egyptian gene researchers made a discovery in 2009 (which they did not want to discover?) the mummies of the Egyptian pharaohs is full of European genes. This information has now been published by accident.

The Swiss genomics company iGenea today published its assessment that both Tutank-Amon, his father Akhenaten and his grandfather, Amenhotep III belonged to haplogroup R1b1a2 - a genetic profile that the three Egyptian royalty share by 50% of todays native European men.


The European connection seems like a hot stone that no one wants to touch, and it looks like big efforts has been made to keep this discovery from public eye. But now we know it anyway!perhaps by mistake? DNA tests on Egyptian mummies were carried out in 2009 and the results published in February last year. one could read about that some of the pharaohs had died of malaria and that someone was inbred. However, there was certain results the Egyptian scientists kept secret. Despite several reminders from iGenea thye never published the so-called Y-DNA.

Genes coding published by mistake?

But then appeared a program on the Discovery Channel, recorded in the Egyptian Research Laboratory. The scientists themselves participated and it was some kind of "reality show" which dramatized the research of the mummy's and who was the father of who. When recording,the camera focused on a monitor in the laboratory with the "secret" DNA information synthesis. (See 2 min. in on the second clip). Bad mistake, cause that meant that anyone with the proper knowledge could reconstruct the Pharaohs haplogroup with the help of the already published information.

Roman C. Scholz from iGENIA says "one can only speculate about why the information is not published by the Egyptian investigation team, but the good news is that it is now published and can be discussed"

Now for sure one good guess is that there is this concern that this info will be used by groups promoting white supremacy, but that can never be a reason to keep an important part of history secret. the truth is the truth and it will always surface one way or another, speaking the truth can never be racism! thats just absurd,and is really an insult to the intelligence of all peoples!
